Please Note: In order to help the Book Fair volunteers, vendors are required to provide a list of books to be sold and their Canadian and US prices. A sample form can be downloaded from the web site at the following link: HNA 2009 Book List Form.
A table may be shared by two vendors/exhibitors.
Each table will have one chair. In the case of two vendors sharing a table, two chairs will be provided. The room is not set up for hanging posters. Table-top posters are allowed.
Vendors are responsible for shipping their books to and from Ottawa, which includes all Customs paperwork. Those wishing to ship their books prior to the conference are asked to contact Mike Montreuil. Also, exhibitors should inform themselves of any Customs restrictions entering Canada or when returning to their own countries. The HNA 2009 organizers are not responsible for shipping books.
Exhibitors are responsible for their display materials.
At all times, there will be two HNA volunteers who will be available to help sell books while a vendor is at a presentation or presentations. Each vendor/exhibitor may sell his or her books while at his or her table. In this case, the exhibitor is responsible for receiving payment. As the book fair is located in an open area, exhibitors must cover their books on their tables at the close of the book fair hours. Exhibitors must provide their own covering. The book fair area is directly in front of the security booth and the building is locked after 11PM.
Exhibitors are responsible for dismantling and packing their own displays.
